Not a city in the ordinary sense. Most roles are based on site in Tabuk province, in purpose-built accommodation communities rather than an open rental market.
- Accommodation is generally provided, so the housing question is different in kind rather than in degree.
- Remote in the literal sense: the nearest established urban centre is some distance away. This is the decision, more than the salary.
- Compensation reflects the location, and packages here sit at the top of the market.
- Before accepting, ask what a normal week actually looks like: rotation pattern, facilities on site, and how people travel out.
